Job Title: Trainer Sourcing & Training Operations Executive – IT Training

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Trainer Sourcing & Training Operations Executive to support our training vertical. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of technology stacks, be capable of identifying skilled trainers across emerging and mainstream technologies, and ensure smooth delivery of technical training programs for our clients across corporates, institutes, and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainer Sourcing & Evaluation:
Source, screen, and onboard freelance and contract-based IT trainers across various domains.
Evaluate trainer profiles based on technical competencies, certifications, delivery experience, and project exposure.
Maintain and regularly update a central database of qualified trainers with rates, availability, and feedback history.
Negotiation with Trainers
Training Delivery Operations:
Plan, coordinate, and schedule technical training programs based on client requirements and trainer availability.
Handle logistics for both online and onsite sessions, including platform setup, session links, pre-training material sharing, and feedback collection.
Track session attendance, engagement levels, and trainer performance metrics.
Ensure post-training reporting and documentation is completed and shared with stakeholders.
Client Coordination & Internal Communication:
Liaise with clients to understand technical training needs and delivery expectations.
Share relevant trainer profiles and finalize schedules in coordination with business and delivery teams.
Work closely with internal sales, finance, and content teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and on-time delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in training coordination, IT recruitment, or technical delivery operations.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, tools, and trends across software development, cloud, data, and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in an IT training company, ed-tech firm, or L&D team.
Strong networking skills for building a trainer pool and community.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines.
Ability to review and understand technical course content to match with trainer's expertise.
Prior experience working with trainers or in L&D environments is a plus.
