Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, operations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Help in attendance management and leave tracking
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Graduation degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
