Key Responsibilities

Ø Assist in day-to-day HR operations and field activities.

Ø Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

Ø Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Ø Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Ø Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns.

Ø Contribute to HR reporting and performance tracking.
