HR Executive
Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee attendance, onboarding, HR documentation, office policies, and daily HR operations to ensure smooth workplace management and positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Handling the complete hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department managers, preparing offer letters, and managing onboarding activities.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and prepares attendance reports for payroll.
Maintaining employee files, updating HR records, handling joining and exit formalities, and ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
Implementation of office policies, employee discipline, grievance handling, and compliance with company rules and labor regulations.
Organizing employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and other workplace cultural events to maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
Regular HR updates and reports are shared with management.
Day-to-Day Activities
Daily activities include checking attendance and leave status, responding to employee queries and HR emails, posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, preparing reports and documents, coordinating with management for staffing needs, monitoring office discipline, organizing employee engagement activities, and sharing regular HR reports with management.
Required Skills
The candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, along with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred, along with 1–3 years of HR experience.
Preferred Tools
The role requires working knowledge of MS Excel, attendance management systems, and job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
