HRBP Role

Position: HR Recruiter for hiring of Sales Manager mainly and other if needed and Area Sales Manager/ Telecaller team leader for ( Business Loans).

Salary: Negotiable & as per experience.

Location:Jaipur

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment for Sales hirerachy levels which are as follows.

1. Development of sales Team and handle their targets.

2. Provide team replacement.

3. Able to provide recruitment through self refrences, Companies or other resources.

4. Well versed with online/offline mode and if candidate is not profitable then replacement to be provided.

5. Have a good network with Banks/ NBFC and other financial instituions only.

6. Able to make company profit money.

7. Provide new ideas and ability to handle sales increment.

8. Preferred with same field with 4-5 years. i.e banking, NBFC and Corporate channels.

9. Sound knowledge of Offline mode also.10. Able to consider for package for banking only and provide same type hiring.

10. Maintain the P & L A/C.

Qualifications

· Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

· Deep understanding of HR policies and employee benefits like making of P & L and leave management.

· Experience with personnel management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently

· Strong attention to detail

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field

· Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

· Strong knowledge of job posting sites, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Experience in the finance industry would be beneficial

· Professional certification in HR or related field would be beneficial

· Fluent in Hindi and English

Exp of about 4-5 years

Male & Female both preferred.
