1.New Joiners Training Monitoring & Line wise Hand over to process over (Morning)

2 Joiners Training MiG welder, Tig Welder, Grinding saw cutting etc. Machine wise Teach welding, grinding saw cutting etc. daily (Gurukul & on line)

3. New Joining gurukul manpower photo, joining date Designation, station, contract Italy to new fellow in excel file. (Skill Matrix)

4. plan to Actual give Training to the old Operator on all line and get the attendance sheet all operator signature. & file maintain.

5. Multiskilling & Skill Upgradation Plan to Actual all Plant before planning & training, after paper prepare & Skill maintain to skill matrix sheet

6. New Joining, operator, Old Operator & multiskilling operator. Daily Maintain to (Training Man Hours excel file)

7. Department wise Skill Matrix Maching and updated & send to mail All Department Skill Matrix monthly

8. New joining paper ready & Skill Matrix sticker & daily taking feed back from given Suggestion and supporting.
