Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain recruitment databases and reports using MS Excel.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Follow up with newly joined employees to improve retention and satisfaction.
Participate in employer branding and talent attraction activities.
