About the Role
IMBS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The intern will get practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, HR documentation, MIS reporting, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Update ATS/HR systems with candidate information and hiring status.
- Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Prepare and maintain basic HR MIS reports.
- Assist with onboarding and joining documentation.
- Maintain candidate and employee records confidentially.
- Support basic HR operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, HR team, and other stakeholders.

Qualification
- Any Graduate can apply.
- BBA / B.Com / BA / BCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- Students pursuing HR-related courses may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome. No prior experience required.
