Duration: 60 Days
Stipend: ₹5,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Zorvix Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Interns who want to gain practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and basic HR documentation.
Learn and support day-to-day HR operations.
Work across different sectors and understand various hiring requirements.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Students or graduates from HR, Management, Business Administration, or related fields can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
