We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
Review and analyze job descriptions (JDs) shared by clients.
Understand role expectations, required skill sets, and hiring priorities.
Source suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
Proactively build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Conduct first-level telephonic or video screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and interest.
Match candidates precisely as per the JD and client requirements.
Share shortlisted and validated profiles with clients in the required format.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.
Facilitate client interviews (virtual or in-person).
Maintain clear communication between candidate and client throughout the hiring cycle.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, acceptance, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain records of sourced, interviewed, and selected candidates.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
✅ Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or consulting setup.
✅ Industry: Candidates with experience in IT or Technical Hiring preferred; Non-IT experience will also be considered.
✅ Skills:
Strong knowledge of sourcing through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
✅ Tools: Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, ATS tools, and email communication.
Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Strong command of English and Hindi.
