About the Role:

• As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates.

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Pune.

• The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and on boarding top talent for various industry.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) and screen resumes and applications.

• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with potential candidates.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for NAPS & NATS apprenticeship programs Collaborate with training partners, educational institutions, and government bodies.

• Manage on boarding and compliance documentation for apprentices.

• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet manpower deployment.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
