🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

✅ Recruitment Operations:

• Release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

✅ Client/Department Coordination:

• Understand manpower requirements from various departments

• Share relevant profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment status

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

✅ Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports

• Track joining and attrition data

✅ Employer Branding:

• Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice

• Assist in organizing job fairs or campus hiring drives

🔹 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking)

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

🔹 Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field

• 1 year of experience in recruitment preferred

For Fresher, we will provide an internship which is unpaid for 2-3 months and bases on performance we will offer a job
