We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter (Intern) to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. This is a performance-driven role offering a combination of a fixed stipend and attractive placement commissions. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to check candidate suitability.
Line up candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with selected candidates until their successful joining date.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and database records.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles.
Skills: Good verbal communication, active listening, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.
Mindset: Highly driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-based incentive structure.
Education: Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
₹5,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
Incentives: Attractive commission/incentive per successful closure/joining.
