The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing candidates. They will also help to develop and promote an employer branding strategy. Job Responsibilities • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and candidate interviewing. • Ability to develop and promote an employer branding strategy. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience in the talent management industry is a plus. • Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions. • Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T&D and other business functions. • Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals. • Sourcing & Screening • Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on prerequisites & skill sets. • Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process Qualification: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role/Fresher with good communication will also work , Graduation. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations .

Graduation in any stream or relevant field. Working Days: - 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
