Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications.

Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues.

Coordinating and conducting interviews.

Screening and evaluating candidates.

Negotiating job offers and salary packages.

Do Calling , for sourcing candidates
