Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment across various domains and levels

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate with clients

Maintain candidate pipelines and close positions within deadlines

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy background preferred)
