🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and records
Support onboarding and documentation process
Handle basic HR operations and admin tasks

✅ Requirements:

Pursuing or completed graduation (BBA/MBA HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Familiar with MS Excel & MS Word
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR field
Must have own vehicle
