Job Role: Freelance HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various BPO roles (voice/non-voice, inbound/outbound).

• Conduct initial telephonic screening based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients.

• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates till onboarding.

• Maintain a tracker of daily submissions and interview schedules.

Requirements:

• Good English Communication Skills (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Must own a laptop/desktop and a smartphone with good internet connectivity.

• Prior recruitment experience (especially in BPO hiring) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals are ideal for this role.

• Ability to handle multiple job roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
