Source and screen candidates for various BPO roles (voice/non-voice, inbound/outbound).
Conduct initial telephonic screening based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients.
Ensure regular follow-up with candidates till onboarding.
Maintain a tracker of daily submissions and interview schedules.
Good English Communication Skills (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Must own a laptop/desktop and a smartphone with good internet connectivity.
Prior recruitment experience (especially in BPO hiring) is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals are ideal for this role.
