Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify and attract top talent, and support business hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for position closure.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Handle bulk hiring and specialized hiring based on business needs.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes.
Conduct market mapping and competitor hiring analysis.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Qualification:
MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
