Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to learn and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Support senior recruiters and hiring managers in identifying top talent.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.

• Develop strong candidate and client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms like LinkedIn.
