Understand job requirements and candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Negotiate salary and discuss other employment-related details with selected candidates.
Coordinate the offer and joining process.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and closure timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and market salary standards.
