💼 Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up)

• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress

• Support HR operations and documentation

• Help with onboarding, induction, and training coordination

• Coordinate internal events, employee engagement activities

• Draft job descriptions, HR emails, and reports

• Learn payroll basics, performance reviews, and policy implementation

✅ Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs
