🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and managing client requirements efficiently.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social platforms.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for next rounds.

• Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for seamless coordination.

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred).

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
