Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Understand job requirements from clients or department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates till joining
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
Meet hiring targets within timelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Strong follow-up skills
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus
Freshers with interest in HR recruitment can apply
Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring preferred
Self-motivated and result-oriented
