📄 Job Description: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location : Dwarka, Delhi

Salary : Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum

Experience : 1–2 years

Working Days : 6 days a week

Timings : 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Gender Preference : Male

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial HR Interviews and assessments
Coordinate interviews with clients / hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and trackers
Follow up with candidates till joining
Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously
