Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 to 10 Months

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).

6 to 10 months of recruitment experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to work under hiring targets.

Important Note:

Only local Chennai candidates are eligible to apply.
