Job Description

Strategy & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to determine role requirements and source candidates through professional networks, job boards, and social media.
Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone or video screens, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
Process Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring panels, and maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and facilitate reference and background checks.
Reporting & Metrics: Track recruiting metrics such as Time-to-Hire and Cost-Per-Hire to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency.
