Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements from business and hiring managers.
Create job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
3. Screening & Interview Coordination
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates.
4. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipeline.
5. Offer Management
Manage the offer negotiation and offer rollout process.
Maintain communication with candidates until joining.
6. Onboarding Support
Coordinate with HR and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
7. Recruitment Reporting
Maintain recruitment data and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and pipeline status.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition
Excellent sourcing and screening skills
Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills
