We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral and bulk hiring.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds.
Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires.
Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws (basic).
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
