We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, source candidates, and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals & social media

• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules with departments

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic MS Office knowledge
