HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Negotiate salary and release offer letters

• Ensure timely closure of positions

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (Corporate/Consultancy)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring / campus drives

• Knowledge of HR operations and onboarding process

• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
