Vision India is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring/blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling high-volume manpower requirements efficiently while ensuring quality candidate sourcing and smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for blue-collar/bulk hiring mandates.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, field sourcing, and local channels.

• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

• Maintain strong candidate pipeline to support high-volume hiring needs.

• Ensure timely closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain recruitment reports and MIS on daily/weekly basis.
