About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), references, and social media.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth follow-up.

• Maintain candidate database and update daily reports.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (entry to mid-level).

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel.

• Negotiate salary and discuss offers with selected candidates.
