However, during the client interview, you need to start early to reach the interview venue and stay there till the completion of the interview
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates based on manpower requirements received from the overseas companies, source through social media platforms, job portals and database.
• Line up the candidates for the client interviews, ensure the maximum number of candidates are lined up in order to get the higher percentage of selection upon interview.
• Communicate with the candidates and provide them with the required position, salary details & benefits and ensure that candidates are convinced to attend the client interview.
• Co-ordinate with the candidates and client during the interview and guide the candidates with interview outcome and post selection process.
