Job Title: Recruitment Executive – Internship

Duration: 3 months - 6 months ( based on performance we may hire permanently )
Location: Near Gurudwara, Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8000 per month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time, dayshift
Education: MBA in HR preferred / Any Degree also fine interested in learning Recruitments

🧩 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to support volume hiring for entry-level roles across India. The ideal candidate should be proactive in sourcing and screening candidates and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various entry-level roles across India

• Conduct telephonic interviews, handling walk-ins and coordinate with hiring managers, Management

• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress

• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation

🗣️ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English, Telugu and Hindi

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Excel

• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
