🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter -Non-IT Mandatory

📍 Location: Baner, Pune

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified professionals while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process with hiring managers
• Negotiate salary offers and support candidates through onboarding
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience -Non-IT mandatory
• Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Note : Freshers will not be considered to this role like HR Interns ..

💰 Salary & Benefits

₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month

📌 Experience: 1 – 5 years
🎓 Education: Graduation (10+2+3)
🗣 Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
🎯 Age Range: 18 – 30 years.
