Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing; screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Create and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter role. (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment law.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
•Experience in at least Sales, Digital Marketing, Real Estate or BPO Candidates Preferred.
