Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)

Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
