Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Post job openings across multiple job portals
Source candidates through databases, references, and field hiring
Screen, shortlist, and conduct HR telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
Handle bulk and critical hiring requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding, joining, and documentation
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards
Manage and update candidate database and CRM
Coordinate with Operations team for induction
Handle vendor coordination and management
Identify and implement alternative sourcing strategies
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in recruitment
Strong experience in bulk hiring / field hiring
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with job portals, sourcing, and Excel/CRM tools
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in chit fund / NBFC / finance hiring
Strong local network in Coimbatore
Experience in vendor handling
