We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Stay updated on labor laws, recruitment trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience recruiting across multiple departments or industries.
