Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across diverse domains while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
6months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT + Non-IT preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
Ensure timely closures of open positions
IT Recruitment Responsibilities
Hire for roles like developers, testers, DevOps engineers, data analysts, etc.
Understand basic technical skills (programming languages, frameworks, tools)
Work with technical panels to assess candidate suitability
Non-IT Recruitment Responsibilities
Hire for roles in HR, finance, sales, marketing, operations, admin, etc.
Assess soft skills, domain knowledge, and business fit
Handle bulk hiring if required
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills
Experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Strong networking skills
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
