Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: As per experience + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, referrals and other platforms.

• Screen candidates and evaluate communication, experience, salary expectations and suitability.

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate joining.

• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain daily MIS/ATS updates.

• Ensure quality submissions, timely closures and strong joining ratios.

Retail Sales Executives | Jewellery Consultants | Fashion Consultants | Beauty Advisors | Store Managers | Assistant Store Managers | Visual Merchandisers.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience; retail hiring experience preferred.

• Good communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.

• Strong candidate follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with high-volume hiring.
