Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic/video interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate records in CRM/ATS systems.

Client Coordination

• Understand client requirements, job specifications, and expectation levels.

• Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up for feedback.

• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Process & Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

• Track and achieve position closure targets.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Develop employer branding initiatives (optional).

• Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (HR preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques.

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), Boolean search, and networking.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
