Job Title: HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and coordination abilities.
