Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective hiring strategies, and build a strong employer brand. This role is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent aligned with the organization’s business goals.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable)

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Improve employer branding through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement initiatives

• Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and diversity & inclusion standards

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job portals

• Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
