Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment blue collar & white collar ,

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
