We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close positions efficiently.

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic interviews & initial screening
Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups
Understand job requirements and deliver relevant profiles
Achieve hiring targets within deadlines

🎯 Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic recruitment knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed) is a plus
Basic MS Office knowledge
