Job Description

Your Role:

Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen and shortlist profiles
Coordinate interviews with clients
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain candidate follow-ups and database

Salary & Growth:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to 15,000 per month
Performance-based salary increments every 3 months
