Job Responsibilities
· Recruit candidates for logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, and operations roles.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
· Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Required Skills
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
· Strong coordination and time-management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
