We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for our clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through cold calling and job portals, and ensuring hiring targets are met. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a hardworking attitude.
Perform cold calling to reach potential candidates for various job openings
Search and shortlist profiles using job portals (like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a candidate database and daily reports
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Familiar with job portals and sourcing tools
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
